Standing Still

Life is not always easy (as I'm sure most of you know). I am blessed beyond measure and feel I have no room to complain. There are others who are suffering from major health issues, financial strains and far worse things than we are facing.

However tonight, we are going to bed with heavy hearts. I can't really go into details, and it's nothing really serious or life threatening. Just struggles that our family is having to deal with right now. One difficulty is that one decision we have to make will affect many, many other areas of ours and our children's lives. We need wisdom and are praying that we will see the clear path that God has laid out for us.

I know you wouldn't know TO pray for us or HOW to pray unless we asked, so that's why I'm posting.

A friend reminded me of a verse today . . . I Samuel 9:27 b ~ "but stand thou still a while, that I may shew thee the word of God." This in turn reminded me of one of my favorite songs, "Stand Still and Let God Move". I've included the words and a link so you can be encouraged along with us.
