Seriously!?!?

This blog might be down temporarily until I figure out how to fix the technical difficulty I'm experiencing.  I've run out of memory!!  Yes, I know I'm forgetful, but this time it isn't me personally that has run out of memory.  Blogger only allows you so much free space, and if I add any more pictures to this blog, I will exceed that amount.  Technically, I can't add more thus the problem.

Now for the even more problematic part.  I don't know how to add more!!  I'll have to ask the hubby or some tech-savy friend to see how I can buy more space.  Hopefully it doesn't take too long since I have a stack of photos to share!  Summers are so busy and full of fun!

Don't know why, but this all makes me think of that annoying beep of the Emergency Broadcast System.

Happy {Belated} Birthday, Daddy!

In all the excitement of the last week, Daddy's birthday was overshadowed.  {If you've lost track of birthdays -- Isabella, June 28; Nana, June 29; Daddy, June 30.} 

We've celebrated his birthday a couple times over the last week -- recognition on Father's Day when my parents were in town, Red Robin for June birthday celebration (Zaya, Nana & Daddy) and dinner at my parent's house on his birthday.

A while back I found a deal on Groupon and contacted both Rick and my parents to see if they wanted to go in on a gift for Rick's birthday.  If you know Rick, you know he's a NASCAR fan.  He's always dreamed of driving a race car or pretty much driving anything FAST!  At the bigger tracks, it's very costly to drive laps.  There's a smaller track near Pittsburgh called Motodrome Speedway where driving experiences are available through Rusty Wallace Racing.  We were able to score a 15-lap driving experience for a decent price.  So August 18th, Rick will be able to fulfill one of his dreams -- even if it is in a Ford!

We presented him with the gift so both sets of parents could see him open it.  He is excited about going.  Hoping he decides to purchase pictures and the video of his driving experience!

We love you, Daddy!  Can't wait until you can enjoy your gift!

Happy {belated} Birthday!

Happy 70th, Nana!

Since 70 is a special birthday, the family wanted to do something special for Nana's birthday.  We planned and schemed.  We thought it was best to surprise her after Isaiah's party was over and his guests were gone.

The family chipped in and bought her a Kitchen Aid mixer -- something she's always wanted to have "when she grows up."

Humorous cards are usually in the mix when Nana is involved . . .

We also snuck in a few of her friends as guests!

Sad Goodbyes

Sunday afternoon, we stopped by Josh and Mel's house to drop off some food and to say goodbye as we headed out of town.

Praying it's not too long until we get to see her again.  That, or maybe the new Mommy or Daddy can send us pictures!?!  You know -- when they aren't feeding or changing the baby or trying to get some sleep!

Since we just made a quick visit Friday, we decided to go back on Saturday with Daddy and Uncle Jon.
