Update of Kristin

This is the information I received today regarding my friend, Kristin.  Please continue to pray.

We are finally back from the doctor's appointment and one pulled muscle (mine) later and Kristin is back in bed. The doctor's appointment went about how I suspected it would. The doctor said we will not being doing chemo because at this point it would just be cruel. We misunderstood our doctor when she told us her lungs and liver had not changed. The nodules in her lungs are "to many to count" and the growths in her liver have gone from two to five with the largest being 7 cm. She also has a 6.5 cm growth on her right kidney and many other smaller growths. I asked the doctor how much time she had left and he said "weeks, maybe even days". (wow that's hard to type). Kristin's doctor has contacted hospice and we should hear from them today. Mr. Cook maybe headed to New York soon. The end of Kristin's life is in sight and it is all becoming very real! Please continue to pray for us as we go through this with her. But don't forget, God is still good!
